8 WEEK CHALLENEGE POINTS SYTSEM
During registration, choose a goal that you plan to achieve by the end of the 8 weeks. The key is to ensure the goal is a SMART goal. SMART is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely.
YOU EARN 50 POINTS ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF YOUR GOALS
Record any information you wish to track over the challenge. This is performed on the “Body Statistics” page and options include:
- Body fat
- Girth measurements (chest, waist, or hips)
You can also track and record these as well as strength goals, fitness goals and before and after pics via the “Accountability” tab that you need to complete weekly.
YOU EARN 3 POINTS ON SUBMITTING ACCOUNTABILITY.
YOU EARN 1 POINT FOR COMPLETING YOUR WEEKLY SMART GOAL.
Each day you will be asked 3 mindset questions to enhances the way you see your life. This will help you stay motivated and SIGNIFICANTLY improve your mental health habits.

Nutrition is a critical component of any long-term health solution. Your goal, over the challenge, is to eat in accordance with the nutritional guidelines
EACH DAY YOU START WITH 5 POINTS AND DEDUCT 1 POINT IF YOU MISS A MEAL OR EAT A MEAL THAT IS NOT ON THE PLAN
YOU EARN 1 POINTS ON DAILY COMPLETION
Follow the workout plan as best as you can.
Each night, log your progress. Logging in and updating your progress helps you stay motivated, track progress.
Scoring is done in the “Submit Score” tab of your dashboard.
For the nutrition habit, you begin each day with 5 points and lose one for each food choice you make that is non-compliant.
When your challenge finishes you need to enter your final accountability. Once you have completed this, I will add up all of the points and choose two winners one male one female.
If you achieve 1000 points you will Level Up and as a result receive ongoing benefits as a Next Level Fit member.
